Terms and Conditions
These terms describe the basis on which website information and journey requests are presented. Voyage-specific terms are provided during coordination before a booking is confirmed.
Journey requests
Submitting a request begins a coordination process and does not automatically confirm a booking. A proposed itinerary, stateroom, services, fare and availability must be reviewed and accepted through the later confirmation process.
Fares and availability
Displayed fares are starting prices per guest and remain subject to stateroom selection and availability. Optional dining, shore arrangements, drinks, casino activity and other specified services can carry separate charges.
Routes and onboard services
Operational, safety, weather, port or regulatory conditions can affect routing, port calls, opening hours and facilities. Restaurant reservations, entertainment and particular casino games can vary by vessel and voyage.
Casino access and gambling
Casino access and gambling activities are restricted to guests aged 18 or over. Valid identification may be required. Gambling charges, chips, wagers and casino balances are separate from the cruise fare. Guests are expected to follow displayed table rules, staff directions and responsible gambling guidance.
Guest conduct and suitability
Guests must follow reasonable safety, security and conduct instructions. Accessibility, dietary and relevant travel requirements should be shared early so suitable arrangements can be discussed. A request cannot guarantee that every individual requirement can be accommodated.
Website content
We take care to present routes, room descriptions and onboard information clearly. Images can be illustrative of the voyage character. The specific facilities and arrangements associated with a proposed journey are those described during coordination and confirmation.
